New Haven, CT — The Cornell Scott–Hill Health Center will be hosting a New Haven Bike Month Open Streets event on Saturday, May 21st in the parking lot across from the Health Center’s main care site at 428 Columbus Avenue in New Haven. The event will run from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and will offer a bicycle safety rodeo, a bicycle clinic, a bicycle helmet giveaway, ZumbaÒ, Double Dutch and more.“We are so excited to bring this event to the residents of the Hill neighborhood. It’s really a perfect fit with what we do—keeping people well. Bike safety is an important part of that,” said Carlah Esdaile-Bragg, the Health Center’s Director of Marketing and Community Relations.

The bicycle safety rodeo will feature seven different stations where children will learn to ride safely.
