Our Mission

Over the last ten years, Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center (CS-HHC) recognized increasing needs of our patients. As a result, in September of 2022, the CS-HHC created a new Foundation with the following mission: support Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center to promote the health and well-being of the communities it serves and to Bridge the Gap in Community Healthcare. This Foundation exists to receive gifts for CS-HHC to expand services that will help serve its patients holistically and meet their increasing needs. These funds will help provide medical and behavioral health services that have grown significantly during and post the pandemic. Our Foundation’s Board of Directors is made up of a group of caring volunteers from the Greater New Haven Community who reflect and understand our patients.

Donor Support

CS-HHC has more than doubled in size over the past several years and now serves more than 50,000 people annually. The recruitment of Ms. Cody signals a new chapter in CS-HHC’s efforts to increase its outreach and appeal to the donor community throughout greater New Haven and Connecticut. “I am honored to join CS-HHC and this special group of people who dedicate themselves to improving the lives of others and who exemplify the spirit of service that Cornell Scott brought to this community,” said Cody.
