Individual Payment. We accept personal checks, cash, and credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).

Sliding Fee Scale. If you are uninsured or underinsured, you may qualify for our sliding-fee discount program. Our sliding-fee discount program allows patients who qualify to pay a reduced fee for many of the health center’s services.
