Patient Advocacy & Enrollment

What Is an Advocate?

At Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center, we advocate for both patients and workers in order to resolve complaints under our policies and procedures. Whether you need a PCP change completed, or would just like to file a complaint because you were unhappy with an experience, we are here to help.

We also provide service facilitation. A good example of this would be if a patient called because their provider did not send the pharmacy a script for their prescription. We could help to facilitate this process, and ensure that the patient receives the help that they need.
