Michael DeAngelo

Michael DeAngelo also known as “refractualism” is a Visual Artists with a background in Graffiti, Concept Art, Painting, and Design. Michael is a classical trained artist who once resided in New Haven, CT. Michael has been producing Art in New Haven for 15+ years.  He has designed and painted the first mural on Connecticut DOT property through Town Green District, and  shown at New Haven’s oldest art club New Haven Paint and Clay. Michael has spoken to classes in Yale Art School regard-ing Public Art, and has designed and coordinated installations for New Haven’s International Festival of Arts and Ideas. He is currently on the mural committee for Together New Haven, a joint project between Together New Haven, Economic Development Administration and Yale found here. His love for New Haven’s Art scene comes through in what he has created throughout the City of New Haven.
