CSHHC Will Be Participating In Phase 1b Vaccinations for Citizens 75+
The New haven Independent has recently released an article regarding CSHHC's participation in the phase 1b vaccinations to help our elders fight against COVID-19. Vaccinations will be given to permitted individuals at our 428 Columbus Ave location.
