Foundation Treasurer | Chief Financial Officer, Housing Authority for City of Hartford

Joshua Bird, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford and has spent the past 15 years providing financial and administrative leadership to Public Housing agencies in New Haven, Hartford, and previously in Maryland. He serves as Treasurer of Christ Presbyterian Church in New Haven, and is a member of several other nonprofit community service organization boards.
